Research Interests

With her background in data mining and machine learning, Berina’s research interests are in novel applications of combinatorial methods in the fields of ML/AI with the goal of improving practical aspects of information security. Furthermore, she has interest in natural language processing and applications of (discrete) mathematical models to real-world problems including information security and disaster modelling as part of life sciences.

Bio

Berina received her bachelor’s degree of Science in Information Technologies from International Burch University in Sarajevo.
Currently she is doing her master’s degree in Computer Science at the University of Vienna.
