Research Interests

Marlene’s research interests are at the intersection of discrete mathematics and practical applications with a particular focus
on the application of combinatorial designs to real-world problems.

Bio

Marlene received her Master’s degree in mathematics from the Albert-Ludwigs-Universität Freiburg and is currently finishing her PhD in mathematics at the University of Vienna in the area of set theory.
